We are Hiring a Senior HR Executive for an On-site Job.
Education– Any Graduation, Post Graduation
Experience- 4+ Yrs
Location– Pune(Bavdhan)

Responsibilities:-
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
o Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
o Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
o Conduct final HR round interviews to assess cultural fit, salary negotiations, and ensure alignment with company policies.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
o Address employee queries, grievances, and conflict resolution in a professional manner.
o Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
Performance Management:
o Assist in performance appraisal cycles and provide feedback to employees.
o Develop training and development programs to enhance employee skills and efficiency.
Payroll & Compliance:
o Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with statutory labor laws.
o Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
HR Policies & Compliance:
o Implement and update company HR policies as per industry standards and legal requirements.
o Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety, and organizational policies.
HR Analytics & Reporting:
o Generate HR reports and analytics for management decision-making.
o Maintain HR dashboards to track key HR metrics.
Requirements:-
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR roles with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
